Dan Hochman

For the more than ten years, Dan Hochman has been a resident of Provincetown. Having purchased and sold many of his own properties in Provincetown and Greater Boston, Dan has an intimate understanding of the needs of his clients. He owns and manages several personal rental properties. Through the renovation of a vintage Provincetown two-family home, Dan is aware of the unique challenges the Provincetown market presents. There is little space and every bit of it is sacred!

Dan’s commitment to town life shows in his participation in Town Meeting and other local activities, as well as providing volunteer tech support to the HRC Store. He is also involved in several political organizations which strive to advance gay rights. He maintains a commitment to the GLBT community as an HRC Federal Club Member, GLAD supporter, and MassEquality volunteer.

Dan’s background in computer science gives him an engineer’s eye for detail, both in properties and transactions. He represents the best interests of his clients with accuracy and genuine care.

As a gay real estate agent, salesperson and REALTOR in Provincetown , Dan has worked with many clients who are gay, lesbian or straight. He and his fiancé are planning to marry in the fall of 2006.

In addition to many other organizations, Dan is a proud and long-term supporter of Gay & Lesbian Advocates & Defenders (GLAD) and Human Rights Campaign (HRC)
